Items purchased from therackvalet.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases. During this time, you can try the product and examine it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as the one in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items, you must let us know by filling out the return form on our website, or by using the withdrawal form template below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending us an email at customer@therackvalet.com. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing of your return :

After we receive your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method (used at the time of purchase), unless you prefer the opposite. The refund will be made as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
